Description: Estimated types of construction materials are detailed in the technical proposal.The materials specified in the Technical Specifications will be delivered at the prices specified in the contractor's price offer throughout the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, if necessary, to purchase from the Contractor materials other than those specified in the technical specification. In this case, the contractor delivers these goods at prices at his retail outlets, at a discount at the price indicated in the price offer. Discount in ％ unchanged for the entire duration of the contract. The discount may not be less than 1 ％ and greater than 40 ％. If the contractor's outlets have promotional campaigns whereby the goods and materials requested by the contracting authority are lower than the delivery price specified in the order above, the contractor shall deliver the lower promotional prices.The contracting authority reserves the right, if necessary, to purchase from the contractor materials other than those specified above.The materials are delivered upon request by the contracting authority, within a period offered by the contractor, but not less than 1 (one) working day and no more than 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the request. Delivery days are counted from the day following the request and expire until the end of the working hours of the contracting authority on the relevant day. The working days are determined according to the working hours of the client.Important !!!! The bidding price of delivery should include the ex-warehouses of Kameno Municipality and unloading.
