Construction of a new daycare center in Grub am Forst - building project planning
Description: The Evang.-Luth. The whole parish of Coburg intends to build a new daycare center on a church-owned property in Grub am Forst. In the run-up to this award procedure, a feasibility study was carried out by the architectural firm Schultheiss from Gro?heirath, which examined the cost-effectiveness of a general renovation including conversion and expansion of the existing daycare center in comparison to a new building, and in which the space requirements and the expected construction costs were determined. The feasibility study is enclosed with the announcement. According to the current planning status, a new building of the day care center should now accommodate 3 kindergarten groups and 2 day nursery groups on an NRF of approx. 889 m2nd Offer. Planning is to be developed for the building, which is based on current and future-oriented educational concepts and meets the requirements of inclusion and all-day care for children. For this, u. a. to consider effective economic work processes and procedures and energy requirements. In addition, continuous accessibility of the development and buildings should be demonstrated. The measure is funded by the Free State of Bavaria. The subject of the order is the services of the building planning according to HOAI part 3, section 1, service phases 1-9 for the new building. The assignment takes place gradually according to § 33 HOAI. When an order is placed, service phases 1 and 3 are assigned as the first stage. In the further course of the procedure, the client decides on a further commissioning of the performance levels. No demands for the transfer of further performance levels or further services can be derived from the gradual commissioning. According to the current state of knowledge, the client classifies the building project planning in fee zone III. The overall church congregation has set the anticipated construction costs (Kgr. 300 400, net) of EUR 1.8 million as the upper limit for construction costs. Exceeding the construction cost ceiling requires a new decision. Planning starts immediately after the order is placed in summer 2020. The construction work is to begin in mid-2021. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.
