AVE: New construction of the central district building yard - object planning for traffic facilities
Description: So there is no technical functional connection between the landfill itself and the central site Bauhof described here. In addition, the administrative offices of the building yards are already in the area of ??the landfill. The merger of the previous 3 locations into a central building yard leads to synergy effects in the areas of logistical processing and the utilization of existing technical infrastructures. With the planned centralization, the necessary flexibility for the needs-based use of existing resources is made possible. The district building yard to be planned is a building complex consisting of several areas with different uses. These building complexes can be connected to one another by means of paved areas. The areas and their roof areas are to be irrigated accordingly and fed to a retention basin / rainwater treatment. A hydraulic calculation must be carried out for the drainage of the basin and an application for discharge must be made. A drainage application must be drawn up for the discharge of the waste water. In the course of the earth and soil movements, a trench has to be dug on the planned area. It should be noted that in the area of ??the carport, a petrol pump or petrol pump should be provided for refueling the district's functional vehicles, including a diesel tank of approx. 20,000 l. Based on the information on the construction project listed under 1.2, there is a need to prepare the area of ??the future building yard area currently designated as a landfill extension area for the new building described. The creation of trenches and retention areas, the laying of the necessary supply and disposal lines / ducts and the final production of traffic and maneuvering areas must be planned. The new building extends over the planning area shown under 1.1 and covers approximately 1.7 hectares. The amendment of the land use plan and the development of a development plan (current status: open position) are currently running in parallel. The subject of this tender (see also section 2.2 / 2.3) are the engineering services for HOAI, part 3, section 4 - § 45 traffic facilities. As part of this VgV procedure, the awarding authority will tender the following services in stages from LPh 2, whereby initially only Level 1 (LPh 2-4) will be commissioned. The awarding authority reserves the right to commission LPh 5-7 as level 2 and LPh 8 as level 3. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of levels 2 and 3. When building the district construction yard, value is placed on a sustainable overall concept, e.g. B. through energy-efficient building technology, environmentally friendly building materials, flexible floor plans and special attention to user comfort. The aim is to use integral planning in the early planning phase and thus to ensure the implementation of sustainability aspects in planning, construction and operation. The focus is on the entire life cycle - from creation to dismantling. Thinking in life cycles also includes the conception of the end of use, which is elementary for closing material cycles in construction. The aim is to consider the possible dismantling of the construction systems already in the planning phase - it is important to examine whether building materials can be recycled or recycled and used as secondary building materials for the construction of new buildings or infrastructures. A recycling-friendly design should be considered for the efficient use of resources.
