Planning of construction pit / shoring: Services according to HOAI §43 (project planning of engineering structures) and §51 (structural engineering): basic services service phases 1-9 (§43) or 1-6 (§51), if necessary, as well as selected special services LPh 2 -9.All the planning services required for the temporary / permanent installation to secure the excavation pit and neighboring buildings should be provided, taking into account supply / disposal lines / infrastructure facilities (subway). The use of synergies to found new buildings is expressly desired.B. Planning of building site clearance: Services based on AHO booklet no. 18 Building site clearance / dismantling (as of 10/2014), basic services, service levels 1-4, if necessary, as well as selected special services.The Curia House, built as a solitary building in 1959-62, is scheduled for demolition.
